The TCN75 is a serially programmable temperature sensor designed to notify a host controller when ambient temperature exceeds a user-defined set point. It offers programmable hysteresis and features a standard 2-wire serial interface. The device provides solid-state temperature sensing with high accuracy and operates over a wide temperature range. Its interrupt/comparator output can function as an alarm or thermostat. With the ability to support up to eight devices on the same bus and a low-power shutdown mode, the TCN75 is ideal for various thermal management and protection applications in electronic systems.
